This role sits at the intersection of owned transport operations, external brokerage coordination, fleet rebalancing logistics, and distribution of assets from the Company's production facility to local markets, supporting both internally owned transport assets and externally brokered logistics partners. The role also works closely with the Internal Fleet Operations Team to support vehicle-based advertising programs by coordinating shipping, transport, and deployment timelines so vehicles are positioned, branded, and utilized efficiently without disrupting core logistics operations.
The role is primarily on-site and based at the Company’s HQ, with flexibility to work from home as needed. Coordinate domestic and international transport across the company’s logistics network, including company-owned assets and third-party carriers, freight forwarders, and brokerage partners
Plan and execute the movement, redeployment, recovery, and repositioning of vehicles, equipment, and goods between warehouses, service partners, and active markets in line with operational and commercial needs
Take end-to-end ownership of assigned transport flows, aligning execution with internal schedules, launches, and service cycles, and managing issue resolution and follow-up

Advertising & Campaign Logistics Support
Coordinate logistics that support vehicle-based advertising programs, ensuring vehicles are delivered, staged, or redeployed on schedule and that campaign-related assets and branding logistics align with operational timelines
Work closely with internal fleet, operations, and commercial teams to ensure logistics supports campaign execution efficiently

Partner & Vendor Management
Act as a primary point of contact for transport providers, brokerage partners, warehousing and logistics vendors, and local service and market partners
Support onboarding, documentation, and ongoing coordination of logistics and transport partners to ensure reliability, flexibility, and cost efficiency

Market & Operations Support
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure transported goods and vehicles are delivered to the correct locations, handed over smoothly, and stored, staged, or distributed efficiently
Support market launches, pilots, and expansions with hands-on logistics planning and on-site coordination when required

Compliance, Documentation & Tracking
Ensure transport and brokerage activities comply with local regulations, cross-border requirements, and internal SOPs and reporting standards
Maintain accurate documentation and records for shipments, vehicle movements, and logistics activities, and support basic operational reporting

International Scope & Travel Opportunities
The role requires your ability to:
Coordinate multi-directional logistics across multiple European markets
Travel periodically to support launches, operational scaling, or issue resolution
Work comfortably across time zones and manage time-sensitive logistics operations

Required Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in global transport coordination, logistics, operations, or supply chain roles
Experience working with third-party transport providers or freight/brokerage partners
Native-level written and verbal communication skills in English
Legal right and ability to travel freely within the European Union, including for short-notice business travel
Proven experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) alongside logistics, fleet management, or industry-related software platforms and systems
Technologically inclined, with a practical, systems-driven mindset for tracking, planning, reporting, and continuously improving operational performance

Preferred Qualifications
