General Responsibility
· Responsible the Logistical processes with special regards to the administrative processes with certificates and documents.
· Responsible to timely transports of goods between production sites and warehouses.
· Responsible for load optimisations
· Responsible for GDP compliance including downloading and uploading of certificates.
· Responsible for maintaining the SAP system with updated in-transit information
· Act as a back-up resource to our supply chain coordinators upon demand
Accountabilities
· GDP compliance
· Timely uploads/information of certificates and Packing lists to stakeholders
· Filing and structure of batch certificates and other logistics related documents
· Stock transport optimization and responsiveness
· Updated in-transit information in SAP Visa mindre
